President Boat International Co., Ltd. was founded in 1968 in Tainan, Taiwan. Over the years the Yard has built its reputation through the skilful management of its owner, Mr. Eddie Yeh and its well-trained naval engineers, designers, craftsmen and support-staff.

Today, 250 dedicated and skilled employees produce yachts second to none in sizes ranging from 30 feet up to 150 feet.

The yard specializes in the production of yachts in Fiberglass-Reinforced-Polyester (FRP) and composite, to the highest international standards. President keeps abreast of developments in the yacht building industry, employing the latest technology and materials in the construction of their yachts. Research and development is also continuous, ensuring that the design and construction methods are the most up to date available in order to deliver an optimal product. The yard applies ISO9001/2008 quality assurance to all operations in the company and has been certified since year 2000.

President Yachts has recently acquired a new location by the sea, becoming one of the few Taiwanese yards that can launch new yachts directly from the yard into a purpose built harbour. This relocation was a crucial part of the plan to be able to build large super yachts, reaching up to 150 feet. This has also facilitated the implementation of sea trials and yacht delivery.

The President yard has so far produced more than 1100 yachts, and each new yacht draws on the experience and expertise of its team of designers, naval engineers, architects and technicians.
